Dee Karl: The CCM Line, and I don't mean Jerseys! Where do you think Clutterbuck will fit?

Martin and Clutterbuck absolutely fit the description. However, I don't think that Cizikas is that imposing at 5'11" 187lbs. Great two way player nonetheless.

Cizikas is all heart. He plays like he's 6'4.

maybe not the toguhest, but not fun at the sametime. maybe if they had D. Brown and R. Torres and Bieska on the blue line.

Maybe not toughest, like others have said, but CC and MM on a single line would be a hard hitting line.

Both have been 1 or 2 in hits in a season for a number of years, though both have been relatively clean in their hits. Add a third to that line, they have one of the best grinding lines out there.

The bad part is an entire line would be relegated to occasionally scoring. If MM and CC were on a line with another banger... the Isles would have a line that would be nothing but a shutdown/hitting line. The Isles cannot afford that.

The Isles need to produce on 4 lines to some extent to be effective in the East (I refuse to say the Metro.. wait I said it... I said it again! ...AHH!). The Isles fans know MM has hands and will learn CC has hands, but an entire line of bangers is not something we need to be known for.

Maybe a cheap Matt Moulson with good hands who will go in for the garbage would be best for that line. Let Matty and Cal drive in and someone else with hands poke it in?

I could only find a leg contusion caused by a collision with Taylor Hall in March of 2009 that lost Cal six games and a stick to the eye that wasn’t tragic.

Umm... Clutterbuck lost time to a knee on knee with Taylor Hall in 2013. Hall being suspended for it. Ring any bells?
